What’s your volleyball background?
I played varsity volleyball all four years of high school as a libero and finished with over 1,000 career digs.
What’s your favorite thing to coach?
Defense and volleyball IQ — teaching athletes to read the court, communicate, and understand the why behind what they’re doing.
What’s your coaching personality in 3 words?
Passionate. Relentless. Supportive.
What’s one fun fact about you?
I’m a Navy veteran, a mom of four, and still somehow choose to spend most of my free time in a volleyball gym. 😂
What’s your why for coaching?
I want girls to leave my gym stronger than they came in — not just as volleyball players, but as confident young women who know how to lead, communicate, handle adversity, and believe in themselves.

What’s your why for coaching?
I want girls to have the opportunity to not only grow to love volleyball, but also grow to love their teammates. Your club team is a sisterhood that will support you and help you learn lessons you will carry both on and off the court.
